Chism brings a strong background in operations, leadership, and project management to Home CEO. With more than 15 years of experience supporting growing organizations, she has a gift for creating structure, solving problems, and bringing clarity to complex projects.
A former collegiate athlete, she approaches her work with a steady, team-first mindset and a genuine desire to make life easier for those around her.
